RETURNS POLICY
At Evia, we’re pleased to offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order, giving you the flexibility to request a return within that time frame.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our support team at info@evia-uk.com before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide a return form and shipping instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us right away if any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work swiftly to resolve any issues.
Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. If you have questions about specific items, feel free to contact us.
Return Shipping Costs
If free shipping was used for your order, return shipping costs to our Shenzhen warehouse will be the customer’s responsibility. For consumer-initiated returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer. However, if a return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend placing a new order after your original item is returned and processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused, a €15 handling fee will apply, in addition to the return shipping cost to our Shenzhen warehouse.
